Mercedes-Benz of Dartford is seeking a proactive, personable, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Service Representative. As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, you will provide a professional and friendly experience to all callers, assisting with a wide range of enquiries related to sales, aftersales, and general support. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, representing the Mercedes-Benz brand with warmth, efficiency, and accuracy.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly to all customer queries.
• Proven customer service abilities, ideally in a contact centre or retail environment.
• Excellent telephone manner, approaching all interactions with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Confident IT skills, including familiarity with telephone systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively, prioritising calls and following up as needed.
• Attention to detail, ensuring all messages and customer records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Team player, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive or customer service sectors is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Answer inbound calls promptly, delivering professional support and guidance to customers on a range of queries.
• Resolve customer questions efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant department or manager.
• Record and update customer data accurately within our dealership management systems.
• Support dealership colleagues in managing high call volumes at busy times while upholding excellent service standards.
