A global charitable foundation seeks an EVP & Engagement Lead to shape and implement a new employee value proposition that enhances workplace culture and engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR or marketing experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering inclusive workplaces. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment, working in a hybrid model based in Greater London.

The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science leading policy and advocacy campaigns and building partnerships.

Youll be part of setting up a new People Experience team reporting to the Head of People Experience. Youll lead initiatives that elevate our employee experience and foster a culture that empowers our people to be and do their best in delivering our mission.
As the EVP & Engagement Lead youll bring cutting edge insights from other organisations and industries to take the lead in shaping and embedding Wellcomes new EVP with a strong focus on belonging and impact. Youll drive unique engagement initiatives that reflect our values and brings our culture to life. Youll also manage and influence how we assess and evolve our workplace experience to ensure that our people feel connected valued and inspired to deliver on our mission for now and the future.
