The suitable candidate will have experience in Commercial Solar PV — either Domestic Solar PV or Electrical Project Management experience would be considered.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who can immediately contribute to this project and future initiatives. The company is expanding quickly and seeks the right individuals to join their team.

1. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
2. Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Identify and manage project risks.
4. Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project milestones.
6. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
7. Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
8. Provide regular progress reports and updates.
9. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
10. Resolve issues or obstacles during project execution.
11. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects.
12. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and properly stored.
13. Submit project status reports to stakeholders within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Solar PV and be willing to stay away during the week, working professionally with clients and team members.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and markets.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
