This is a client-facing role that will suit someone with strong project delivery skills and the confidence—or ambition—to lead pitches and presentations. We’ll support and develop the right candidate to succeed in this, but a proactive mindset is essential. You’ll be involved in a variety of sectors, managing significant fit-out and new build projects across the region
REQUIREMENTS
- Confident and entrepreneurial with a willingness to pitch and present
- Broad sector experience, with CAT A fit-out and new build highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of the Birmingham market, including key contractors and consultants
- Solid understanding of JCT contracts and practical experience applying them
- Comfortable with a hybrid working model – minimum 3 days a week in the office
