We're seeking a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager to develop and expand the Hertility brand. This hands-on, fast-paced role involves leading campaigns, managing a small team, and contributing to key projects that increase awareness, trust, and growth for the business.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to plan, execute, and optimize brand initiatives across various touchpoints, focusing on content scaling, campaigns, and enhancing brand reputation. If you're passionate about women's health, this role is ideal for you.
This is a 6-month fixed-term, fully remote role, open to UK-based applicants due to regular travel to London. The offered salary range is £50k - £60k.
Relevant experience includes 5+ years in a brand role, preferably within DTC, health tech, or purpose-led businesses, with strong campaign planning skills across content, media, and creative areas. Experience with social media strategy, execution, and analysis—especially organic channels—is essential. Leadership experience and confidence in using brand, content, and customer data to guide strategy are required. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, commercially minded, proactive, passionate about women's health, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
