Job summary
A local construction company is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Painter in York. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in residential painting, a secondary school diploma, and the ability to work on-site. Responsibilities include surface preparation, repairs, and applying finishes. Competitive compensation of $25 to $30 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time permanent position.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of experience in residential painting is required.
- Education equivalent to a secondary school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work reliably and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted.
- Repair cracks and holes.
- Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials to surfaces.
