Job summary
A care home provider in Greater London seeks a Day Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to residents during the daytime. The role involves supervising staff members, promoting dignity and independence, and ensuring a caring atmosphere. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Care Assistant, possess an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care, and demonstrate compassionate and effective communication skills.
