A healthcare organization in Guildford is seeking an experienced Continuity of Carer Team Leader to provide leadership within their midwifery service. This role requires clinical supervision, teamwork, and the ability to maintain high-quality care. Candidates should be qualified midwives with leadership experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 7 position to provide leadership to ensure effective management of a case loading team.

Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.
