A healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist an individual with a C7 spinal cord injury. Responsibilities include providing personal care, promoting dignity, and supporting the individual in daily activities and community outings. Ideal candidates should possess healthcare experience and be patient and kind. The role offers a pay rate of £13.13 per hour with additional training opportunities and progression within the organization. Female applicants only due to the nature of the role.
Female Support Worker
Pay rate: £13.13 per hour flat rate (Weekly or Monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: Week day 7:00am - 18:00pm, Weekend day 9:00am - 14:00pm & Sleep ins 22:00pm - 7:00am (Only 2 sleep ins per week)
We are looking for a female support worker to join a small, dedicated team providing one-to-one support for an independent man living with a high-level C7 spinal cord injury. He lives with his partner and child, is verbal, and uses a wheelchair. He has a great passion for 60s and 70s music and loves watching motorsport.

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands‑on Complex Care Manager.
We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
