A local council in the United Kingdom is seeking a Waste Collection Operative to handle the removal of refuse at various sites. As part of a team, you will be responsible for driving non-LGV vehicles, managing recycling, and ensuring effective waste management. Applicants must have a valid C1 entitlement, a CPC, and a Tachograph Card. Benefits include a competitive salary, an excellent pension scheme, and generous leave entitlements. To undertake duties connected with the removal of domestic, commercial and industrial refuse from all types of locations by working as part of a team to carry out waste collection.
To undertake driving duties involving non LGV refuse collection vehicles, recycling, street cleaning and other waste management vehicles. To be responsible for vehicle and crew on a daily basis.
Must have valid C1 entitlement and valid CPC and Tachograph Card.
