In the vital role of Chef de Partie, you'll partner with the Head Chef, ensuring that every dish meets the impeccable standards that define The Lygon Arms.

• Assisting the Head Chef during service, guaranteeing the highest standards in dish preparation.
• Collaborating seamlessly with the chef's brigade across all meal services—breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
• Engaging with the sous chef and head chef to explore innovative improvements in both dishes and service.
• Taking pride in presenting dishes that always exemplify outstanding taste, texture, and quality.
• Leading the brigade by setting a standard of excellence in every facet of your work.

• Relevant experience at the Chef de Partie level is highly desirable.
• A meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication with your team are essential.
