Job summary

A senior living care provider in Banstead is looking for a Sous Chef to manage the kitchen operations, develop the team, and assist in menu development. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a kitchen.

Overview

As Sous Chef you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our busy kitchen running smoothly. Second in command to the Head Chef, you’ll ensure every meal that leaves the kitchen is nutritious and restaurant quality. You’ll manage and develop the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, sharing your experience and knowledge. Responsibilities
  • Second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring kitchen smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • 5 years\' experience working in a kitchen.

  • Shift times between 07:00 and 20:00
  • Full Time Hours - 40 hours per week
