Responsibilities
- Assister les résidents avec les activités quotidiennes et la mobilité.
- Fournir un soutien émotionnel et de la compagnie.
- Administrer des médicaments sous supervision et surveiller les changements dans la santé des résidents.

- Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
- Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents’ health or behaviour.
- Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- A valid UK Drivers Licence.
- Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
- Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
- The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
