A construction management firm in Wells-Next-the-Sea is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure they meet financial objectives and schedules. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's degree in construction management and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $115,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
As the Project Manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management as well as other departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
Salary range ($75,000 - $115,000+). Based on experience.
