Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct on-site supervision, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, keeping them informed throughout the project.
• Track project budgets, progress, and costs, providing updates to ownership.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce adherence to building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards.
• Resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure jobsite organization and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with estimators and sales team on project planning and execution.
• Identify and pursue residential bid opportunities through bid boards, networking and client outreach

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction or roofing management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel throughout Nebraska.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday
