In this role, you'll own the full people lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement) while also driving critical business operations across processes, compliance, tools, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the COO and leadership team to ensure the company runs efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong values‑driven culture.
