This is an excellent opportunity for a Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join a reputable financial services organisation in London. The position involves advising on complex leveraged finance transactions across EMEA and acting as a trusted legal advisor to front office and senior stakeholders.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to front office and senior stakeholders, managing legal risk and supporting leveraged finance transactions across the EMEA region.

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating syndicated loan documentation and ancillary agreements.
• Advising on structuring points, regulatory compliance, and market-standard documentation.
• Representing Legal on bank-wide projects and committees.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and occasionally supporting global offices on English law matters.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in leveraged finance and general banking law.
• Familiarity with LMA documentation and market standards.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver pragmatic solutions.

• Competitive salary ranging from £120,000 to £175,000 depending on candidate experience, plus a bonus and full benefits package.
