ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include maintaining financial oversight of multiple packages across projects, from award to final account. You will monitor, report, and control costs, reporting to directors. Projects involve structures and civils.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with an RC frame & groundwork subcontractor or civil engineering subcontractor in the UK, preferably with a degree in quantity surveying or commercial management. Stability of employment is valued. Employment can be on PAYE or self-employed basis; long-term career focus is desired.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

Salary ranges from £80,000 to £110,000 annually, or £350 to £500 daily for self-employed. Bonuses and travel costs are included. The office has a modern environment with good transport links. The company fosters a family-like, close-knit culture.
