Qualifications

• Experience on NEC Contracts essential.
• Minimum of 3 years working on site as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Previous work with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of working on major civils infrastructure projects?

Do you have an excellent understanding of NEC form contract?

Location: Northwest London
Duration: 12 months
Rate: DOE
IR35: Inside - Umbrella

This role offers hybrid working 4 x days in the office, 1 x day from home.

Our client is a main contractor delivering heavy civils work on HS2. Due to an increase in work, they require a Quantity Surveyor to work closely with the delivery team on the project .

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for subcontractor management, assessing applications for payment, project forecasting, cost control and reporting final accounts while working closely with the site-team and client.

Requirements:

• Previously worked on NEC Contracts
• Major Construction/Civil/Infrastructure experience
• Previously worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor experience
• Sub-Contractor management experience
• A minimum of 3 years+ working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.
• CSCS card
