Project Manager - Super Prime Residential
The Company
We have partnered with a unique high-end residential contractor that operates mainly through word of mouth, rather than spending extra on advertising.
The Owner/MD is financially savvy and understands how to run a business effectively. After being impressed by a small firm during his home renovation seven years ago, he bought the company. Now, it has grown to a profitable business with an annual turnover just shy of 20 million. One of the original team members is the Construction Director, and they are thriving in their market.
The MD's strong financial mindset has kept the business running with plenty of cash in the bank, minimizing the risk of administration.
The Projects
This business typically manages 15-20 projects simultaneously, ranging in value from 500k to 5m. Most work is in Central London, with occasional projects in Surrey.
They undertake many residential projects involving heavy structural alterations, large basement digs, internal reconfigurations, and extensions, often including luxury fit-out packages finished to the highest specification.
The Role
With the steady growth of the business, there is a need for a skilled Project Manager with experience in high-end residential projects in London, preferably with a background in heavy structural projects.
As a PM for this contractor, you will work on 2-3 projects at a time, writing and tracking the program, and managing difficult clients on a daily basis. You will oversee Site Managers who report to the Project and Construction Directors.
The Package
The MD is willing to offer a competitive salary for someone who will ultimately contribute to the business's profitability on projects, with a salary range of 80,000 to 95,000 + package.
If you believe you have the experience and expertise required for this well-run operation, I want to speak with you.
Note: Due to the high number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. We appreciate your understanding.
