Resumo da oferta
A leading software investment firm is seeking an experienced M&A Leader to drive global expansion. The role involves identifying and building relationships with software business owners, conducting due diligence, and negotiating acquisitions. Candidates should have a finance-related degree and significant experience in investment banking or private equity. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential as well as a willingness to travel. Opportunities for team leadership and personal growth are available.
Qualificações
- 5+ years of experience in Investment banking, private equity, M&A, or corporate development.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- CFA or CIIA preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Identify M&A targets to generate $200M+ in buyable revenue opportunities.
- Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence with the Montreal team.
- Negotiate deal terms aiming for $15-20M in acquired revenues.
