A technology company in Coatbridge is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to serve as the first point of contact for customer IT issues. You will assist with hardware and software setup, monitor systems, and learn from an expert IT team. What you'll be doing:

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 per annum.
Working week: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
