Job summary
A vibrant jewellery retailer in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales. You will inspire your team to deliver excellent customer experiences and oversee store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience and is passionate about coaching others. Full, accredited piercing training is provided, along with a competitive salary and benefits.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for the next step.

- Full-time availability (40 hours per week), including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver standout service.
- Take accountability for KPIs, sales growth, and store productivity.
- Oversee stock accuracy, deliveries, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure displays are inspiring and consistently updated.
- Manage appointments, cash handling, compliance, and store standards.
- Coach and develop future leaders.
