A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Social Media Marketing Lead to drive global employee advocacy for a major enterprise tech brand. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of marketing experience and a track record in employee advocacy. This role offers a salary of £70K-£87K, an 8-month contract until August 31, 2026, with a hybrid work model of 50% onsite in Central London.

You'll own the global employee advocacy strategy for a major enterprise tech brand - driving engagement, creativity, and consistency across regions.
- Partnering with Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams, you'll manage advocacy tools (like EveryoneSocial), deliver global campaigns, and turn insights into measurable impact.
- Your work will connect teams across EMEA, the Americas, and APJ - making social media genuinely social, not just corporate.
- 6-8 years' experience in social media marketing, ideally within B2B tech or enterprise software
- Proven success leading employee advocacy or community programmes at scale
- Strong knowledge of social tools, analytics, and advocacy platforms (EveryoneSocial a plus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Annual Salary from £70K-£87K doe
- 8 months contract until 31 Aug 2026 - inside IR35 - PAYE
- Weekly payroll via Principle HR
- Hybrid model - 50% onsite in Central London
