Job summary
An established business in Beeston, Nottingham is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant to manage purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring the timely processing of invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling sensitive financial information and possess strong organizational skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 P/A.
Qualifications
- Experience in purchase and sales ledger management.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage own workload.
Responsibilities
- Process and post supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approval.
- Accurately raise and send sales ledger invoices.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
