Join Our Team as a SEND English Tutor – Young People’s Learning. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Tutor to join our Young People’s Learning team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and expanding our successful programmes—including Supported Internships.

Salary: £33,178 - £36,369 per annum. Location: Countywide, Hampshire. Contract: Permanent. Closing Date: 5 October 2025. Interview Date: 9 and 10 October 2025.

We’re seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Tutor to join our Young People’s Learning team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and expanding our successful programmes—including Supported Internships. What you’ll do

• Deliver engaging and accessible English teaching, including Functional Skills and accredited qualifications, tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Empower young people aged 16–25 with SEND, using a strength-based approach to help them build confidence and achieve their learning goals.
• Create and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) that identify gaps in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills, providing personalised support to close those gaps.
• Foster strong, supportive relationships with learners, offering guidance, coping strategies, and encouragement throughout their learning journey.
• Travel across the county to deliver high-quality English education and training in a variety of settings.
