The Candidate Recruitment Agency is helping a growing creator-led media and content business hire a hands-on content operator. You will own the organic content pipeline across both the company’s content and client work, turning ideas into fully produced videos and growth engines.

Responsibilities include managing YouTube clients, scripting, directing thumbnails, coordinating freelancers, and guiding production from ideation to publishing with a focus on measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content and putting it in front of an audience—your own, a client’s or a brand’s.
• Strong creative instinct and ability to give clear creative direction.
• Ability to write well without relying on AI.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting existing YouTube clients.
• Reviewing edits and giving clear feedback editors can act on.
• Writing scripts for client and internal content.
• Creating and directing YouTube thumbnails and video packaging.
• Taking recorded long-form content from backlog to published video.
• Managing freelance editors and writers.
• Coordinating production and keeping projects moving.
• Working across ideation, scripting, packaging, production, publishing and analytics.
• Taking increasing ownership of the entire organic content operation.
• Helping turn content into a growth and revenue engine.
