Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior content leader to shape and own the company’s content strategy across flagship brands, original content, and IP. You will manage the full content organisation, including budget, P&L, licensing spend, and revenue generation.

You will develop flagship brands into distinct identities with audiences and revenue streams, oversee the development pipeline from short-form to long-form shows and YouTube franchises, and drive US-first audience growth with a scalable team.

Qualifications

• Senior content leader with experience in social publishing, digital media, or creator economy.
• Experience operating at executive level.
• Proven track record in developing original formats, shows, or IP that audiences engage with.
• Experience turning successful content into monetizable products.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube growth, format development, and audience building.
• Experience owning and managing a substantial content budget.
• Demonstrated use of AI to improve workflows and team speed.
• Experience building leaders, strong management systems, and scalable organisations.
• Genuine understanding of US audiences and their behaviour across platforms.
