Job summary

Pubity Group is seeking a VP of Content to shape and lead our content strategy as we enter the next chapter. You will own the full content organisation, including flagship brands, original formats and owned IP, while driving growth in the US and scaling via YouTube.

You will build a YouTube-led growth engine, monetise original content across platforms, and create sellable formats with clear mechanics and pricing. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Senior content leader with exec experience.
• Proven track record building IP and original formats.
• Deep understanding of US audience and multi-platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Flagship brand strategy: scale brands with own identity, audience and revenue.
• Own development pipeline from short-form to long-form shows and IP.
• Lead US growth mindset in all content decisions for scale in the US market.
