Job summary

Pubity Group is hiring a senior channel operator to own strategy across our creator pages and lead the editorial team. You will craft content plans, drive growth, and ensure profitability across Facebook and YouTube.

You will collaborate with editors, researchers, and partners to optimise performance and scale across the roster. As the senior operator, you’ll manage packaging, workflows, and data reporting, while building playbooks for onboarding new creators and expanding the roster with

Qualifications

• 6+ years in social media, channel or audience management with editorial leadership.
• Proven track record growing Facebook pages and YouTube channels at scale.
• Editorially sharp with strong sense of tone and packaging.
• Comfortable across post-production and publishing workflows.
• Data literate with ability to translate analytics into actions.
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy for each creator page and drive growth targets.
• Lead the editorial team of editors and researchers, with clear briefs.
• Decide on content packaging (hooks, titles, thumbnails, captions, cuts).
• Manage end-to-end content pipeline from post-production to publishing.
• Set page growth targets and evaluate ROI with partnerships team.
• Onboard new creators and build scalable playbooks.
