Job summary

WillNE is seeking a Head of Content to drive strategy for long and short form content on our YouTube channels. You’ll guide editors, scriptwriters and ideators to craft captivatng, clickable videos while refining packaging and pacing for optimal retention.

You will stay ahead of trends, coordinate with the wider team, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. A senior, data-driven leader comfortable with YouTube Studio metrics is required.

Qualifications

• Has prior senior Head of Content or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of YouTube metrics and audience retention.
• Experience crafting clickable packaging and thumbnails.

Responsibilities

• Lead long & short form content strategy across YouTube Channels.
• Provide clear feedback to editors, writers and ideators.
• Review and optimise packaging across channels.
• Track trends and formats across platforms.
• Coordinate with the team to deliver content on time and to high standards.
