Job summary

TCHC Group Limited is seeking an IAG & Work Experience Officer to plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality work placements for 16–19 learners and those with high needs aged 16–25. You will liaise with employers, centres and learners to ensure compliant, well-managed placements that meet KPIs.

Based at Basildon, Grey or Strood with travel across counties. Excellent organisational and IT skills, plus strong communication, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Level 3 IAG qualification or above.
• Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths.
• Knowledge of study programme requirements for work experience.
• Experience sourcing employers for placements.
• Experience delivering presentations and group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work experience with curriculum teams.
• Source suitable placements and match learners.
• Vet placements for Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Insurance.
• Deliver preparatory sessions with PSD tutors for learners.
• Manage learner records and provide IAG throughout the year.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities as required.
