Job summary

National Skills Agency is seeking an IAG & Work Experience Officer in Dunstable to plan and deliver work experience placements for learners aged 16–19 (and 16–25 with high needs). You will source employers, coordinate with centres, and ensure placements meet safety and compliance requirements.

You will provide quality Information, Advice and Guidance throughout the learner journey, building partnerships and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) or above.
• A minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work experience to secure meaningful opportunities.
• Source and manage employer partnerships for placements.
• Match learners to placements based on interests and goals.
• Ensure placements meet safety and insurance requirements.
• Deliver high quality IAG and support learners to progression goals.
• Travel to centres to support learners and meetings with employers.
