Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or other needs in community-based settings. You will work beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, report safeguarding concerns, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with families, professionals, and regional teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities
