Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support for young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting across locations in the UK.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while working with families, professionals, and regional teams to ensure consistent, safe learning experiences for our learners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
