Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This is a community-based role outside traditional classrooms, focusing on safe, engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build strong relationships with young people, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams to support ongoing development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage with vulnerable young people
• Ability to build trust with learners with diverse needs
• Experience working with SEN/SEMH is valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns
• Desire to work across community-based settings
