Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support for young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This community-based role operates beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build trusting relationships, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistency and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• SEMH Experience.
• Complex Needs Experience.
• Willing to do some personal care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
