Job summary

Nudge Education is seeking compassionate practitioners to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings across the UK.

The role focuses on building trust, delivering tailored intervention sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and regional teams to ensure consistent, safe learning experiences for vulnerable learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions to individual students.

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
