Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd invites applications for a Service Coordinator based in Chesterfield. You will develop and deliver person-centred support for young people staying in our accommodation, promoting safeguarding and co-designed activities.

We offer a salary of £26,890.50 per annum (37.5 hours per week) plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, training, Thrive app, Medicash, Blue Light Card, life assurance, and wellbeing programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a person-centred support package for each young person.
• Protect, support and educate young people about safeguarding.
• Plan and deliver one-to-one activities and group sessions.
• Contribute to the Association's values, culture and ethos.
