Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Chesterfield is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. The role is based in our Chesterfield offices and offers a salary of £26,890.50 per annum for a 37.5 hour week, reflecting experience and responsibilities in a welfare-focused housing organisation.

You will develop and deliver person-centred support packages, protect and educate young people about safeguarding, and run one-to-one and group activities co-designed with our Young People.

Qualifications

• Develops person-centred support plans.
• Safeguarding awareness and education.
• Group and 1:1 activity delivery.
• Promotes and upholds the Association's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each young person.
• Protect, support and educate young people about safeguarding in line with policies.
• Deliver direct, planned 1:1 activities and co-designed group sessions.
• Contribute to maintaining and developing the Association's values, culture and ethos.
