• To develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
• To protect, support and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person centred way to meet safety needs.
• To develop, promote and deliver direct, planned and structured one to one activities and group sessions co-designed with our Young People in line with support and coproduction plans.
