Adullam Homes Housing Association is seeking a Service Coordinator in Chesterfield to develop and deliver person-centred support for young people accessing the service. The role focuses on safeguarding, education, and tailored interventions in a residential setting.

Service Coordinator

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £26,890.50 per annum

Purpose of the role

• To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
• To protect, support and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the young people within our accommodation in line with the Association's values, policies and procedures.
• To develop, promote and deliver direct, planned and structured one to one activities and group sessions co-designed with our Young People in line with support and coproduction plans.
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
