Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd invites applications for a Service Coordinator based in Chesterfield. You will develop and deliver person-centred support for young people staying in our accommodation, promoting safeguarding and co-designed activities.

We offer a salary of £26,890.50 per annum (37.5 hours per week) plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, training, Thrive app, Medicash, Blue Light Card, life assurance, and wellbeing programmes.

• Protect, support and educate young people about safeguarding.

Purpose of the role

• To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
• To protect, support and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the young people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.
• To develop, promote and deliver direct, planned and structured one to one activities and group sessions co-designed with our Young People in line with support and coproduction plans.
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
