Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Bank Concierge at Rose House in Hartlepool, serving as the first point of contact with visitors and residents. The position requires experience with young people or vulnerable adults, the ability to stay calm in emergencies, strong communication, and confidence using IT systems.

• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
• Ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
• Good communication skills and confidence with IT systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and be the first point of contact.
• Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills.

• Help organise and run occasional social activities.
