Sanctuary Supported Living in Costessey, Norwich, is seeking a Concierge to join our homelessness service at Cannell Court, 2A Roundwell Road. You will be the first point of contact for customers, build relationships, and respond calmly to emergencies while ensuring safety and high-quality care.

We offer generous rewards including 33 days’ annual leave pro rata, sick pay linked to service length, and a contributory pension.

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
• Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
• Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
• Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
• Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
