Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Bank Concierge in Lowestoft to be the first point of contact for customers and support individuals experiencing homelessness. The role involves building relationships, handling emergencies, and contributing to a secure, compassionate service at Trafalgar House.

The position offers flexible hours as and when required, with a pay rate of £12.90 per hour and not-for-profit values focusing on service users and community support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
• Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills.
• Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations.
• Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care.
• Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date.
• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse.
