Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Lowestoft is seeking a Bank Concierge to join our homelessness service at Trafalgar House. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them develop life skills while maintaining a courteous and safe environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and clear communication, with training and progression opportunities available to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Confident using IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
• Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills.
• Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations.
• Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care.
• Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date.
