The Witherslack Group is hiring a Children's Residential Support Worker in Leeds. You will support young people daily, help with school prep and activities, and contribute to a caring, structured environment that promotes positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Willingness to study for Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if needed.

Responsibilities

• Help young people with school prep and homework.
• Complete paperwork and plan activities.
• Support daily routines and create positive experiences.
• Assist with evenings and weekend activities and outings.
