The Witherslack Group is recruiting Residential Support Workers to help children and young people with SEMH in our homes. You’ll support daily routines, school preparation, and engaging activities, contributing to positive outcomes in a nurturing environment.

No prior experience is required, but you’ll need a full UK driving licence and a commitment to completing a Care Academy induction, with the option to obtain a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this role.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is required.
• If you don’t have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), we’ll support you in obtaining it.

Responsabilités

• Helping young people get ready for school and assisting with homework.
• Completing necessary paperwork and planning engaging activities.
• Making evenings and weekends fun with games, movie days, or outings like go-karting.
