Job summary

Nudge Education seeks compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across the UK. You will build trusted relationships, deliver tailored intervention sessions, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while working with families, professionals, and regional teams.

This role requires at least 2 years’ relevant experience, a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and availability for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities
